Alchemy Consultancy was formed by Edward Luttrell. With a diverse background (in public sector Education, Sales, Recruitment, Executive Selection and Life Coaching), Edward has almost 20 years experience of helping individuals, teams and organisations fulfil their goals and improve bottom-line results.

Edward has always maintained a passion for facilitating development and growth through a positive, inclusive and holistic way – working in partnership to release the potential that so often lies dormant within individuals and companies.

Edward holds a number of qualifications that reflect his standing and credibility; he is an Associate member of the Institute of Management Consultancy, a NLP Master Practitioner, holds a post-graduate Education Certificate, is a Licensed Trainer, a qualified Performance Coach, an experienced Life Coach and a member of the CIPD.

Alchemy Consultancy is fortunate to work with a talented group of Associates, all of whom are experienced professionals in their own right. Work undertaken by Alchemy Consultancy is always delivered to the highest of professional standards – and all Associates are carefully selected for each bespoke contract.
