  ARC's 7 Stages to Recruiting the Perfect Candidate

1. Spend time with you
  We discuss your requirements to fully understand the role, your organisation and corporate culture together with your personality specifications that will influence your choice of candidate.

  2. Candidate identification
  Our executive search, advertised selection and contingency methods are used to reach the best candidates quickly and effectively.

  3. Response handling
  We will handle all applications via telephone, email or post and shortlist the most suitable candidates.

  4. Initial discussions
  To take the pressure off you, we arrange first interviews to discuss the role in detail while exploring the candidate's track record and character fit. Briefing notes of any formal assessment will be provided to aid you with your selection decision.

  5. Client Interview
  All logistics will be arranged and a full post interview debrief will take place with both client and candidate.

  6. Job offer
  We will manage the offer process and continue to maintain close contact with the candidate.

  7. Post-appointment monitoring
