BIAS was developed for Headway Northampton to fill a gap in the market - a specialist piece of software for the Brain Injury service providers.

It is totally customisable with a fully searchable electronic manual. At its core is a customer relationship management program (CRM) to manage the names, addresses and complex personal data. Each record has an unlimited notes field and a drop box for linking related electronic files.

BIAS has an advanced reporting tool and a graph generator for creating visual interpretations of important statistical data. It can be used on its own or on a network with multiple users.

The Graph view is a powerful tool with over 40 graph combinations to select from. Graphs can be rotated, resied and printed.

The Reporting tool allows you to create and print client reports as shown in the image, as well as over 20 other options.

Here you see one of the other report options - the Chart Reports where a graphical comparison is displayed for all the key areas of data held on the system.
