PORS was developed to replace an ageing system in a very busy company. It allows orders to be taken by telephone and added live on to the system realtime.

Instant searching allows for queries to be checked immediately and deliveries to be marked off.
The system is then accessed by the accounts team and invoices checked off against the purchase orders to ensure everything ahs been received and payment is issued.

PORS has an extremely powerful reporting tool with 40 plus options allowing for complex and critical information to be queried and displayed in a useful and meaningful way. Reports have a drilldown feature to allow the relevant purchase orders and invoices to be opened from within report results.

This shows the Data Maintenance screen which is used to enter delivery addressed, customer addresses, products and product groups.

Here is an example of the report screen which has been changed to show 16 pages at a time in the top window and 1 in the bottom windows.
