Record Keeper was commissioned by Headway Northampton to keep track of the increasing volume of client related invoices and payments.

The software has four distinct areas:

Section 1
This is dedicated to setting up new client, their personal information and maintaining existing client account information.

Section 2
In-depth facilities allow for creation and printing of invoices, tracking payments via an easy to use colour coded grid and invoice item maintenance.

New items may be added "on-the fly" whilst in the middle of creating an invoice saving a great deal of time.

Section 3
Payments records are kept in this area to allow for easy access to complete client payment histories including total payment values and outstanding payments with automatic reminders.

Section 4
The reporting tool allows duplicate records to printed for a client, a group of clients or everyone, with optional choices of outstanding invoices only, paid invoices and all invoices.

> Cover notes with a summery of the printed invoices are produced for each customer.
Other reports show monthly, 2 monthly, 3 monthly and custom time overviews of financial activity for individual, multiple or all clients.

This is an example of the Invoice overview screen described in setion 1. The red grid at the top is displaying the invoices for the selected client, with one of those being displayed as a report in the main window.
